We will cover regions outside Asia in part 2 of our investigative report on China’s attack on the world. It will become apparent that China’s goals could be better for the rest of the world.

Africa: Due to China’s massive investments in the African continent and the lack of involvement from other nations, China has been making huge inroads. According to reports, African nations are more willing to accept China’s help because of other nations’ investment demands. Not being willing to accept demanding terms is leading many African nations to fall into debt-trap diplomacy due to the predatory nature of loans. The following nations need help making their payments and risk options that may be undesired. These nations are Kenya, Tanzania, Angola, Ethiopia, Zambia, Cameroon, Sudan, Congo, Nigeria, Djibouti, and Zambia, with some other nations not far behind.

America: Supplying of the ingredients for Fentanyl to Mexican Drug Cartels, which are then smuggled into the states, leading to 109,680 deaths in 2022. Economic sanctions, Unfair trading practices, and cyber securities issues led to a warning from the FBI of a high threat of a cyber attack from China. Violation of national airspace by a surveillance balloon. Unprofessional and dangerous naval and air encounters and efforts to interfere with the Presidential Election.

Australia: China’s economic warfare to silence Australia’s views on COVID and other concerns that were unfriendly to the CCP. Recently, a Chinese J-10 jet launched flares directly in front of an Australian helicopter from the HMAS Hobart, forcing it to take evasive action while flying in the Yellow Sea’s international waters. China has also injured drivers from the HMAS Toowoomba by activating sonar pulses while they were in the water. China’s efforts don’t end there because of claims of election interference.

Canada: A Canadian government report alleges Chinese interference in Canada’s past two federal elections and Beijing’s targeting of a Canadian lawmaker over his critical views about the country.

Europe: Even Germany and Britain are seeing a rise in Chinese espionage cases. China is using spies to influence democratic processes. In France, “honeypot” espionage may be a concern as the number of female Chinese students and sailors working at its naval bases has escalated. These bases include ones used by France’s nuclear submarine forces. The Netherlands and Poland also crack down on Chinese companies due to unfair trade practices.

Latin America (LAC), including South America: China has prevailed due to the US’s lack of good regional policies. The large amount of exports from China could increase the economic dependence of LAC countries in the years to come. This dependence raises fears of the type of ‘center-periphery’ dynamic that has characterized Latin America’s relationship with external powers in the past. This dynamic is rooted in the idea that the more developed countries will dominate undeveloped countries.

Mexico: With strengthening ties to China, Mexico is taking advantage of the Geopolitical disputes between the US and China. Chinese companies have recently invested heavily in Mexico to bring production closer to the US market. In addition to saving on shipping, their final product is viewed as entirely Mexican, meaning Chinese firms can avoid the US tariffs and sanctions imposed on Chinese goods amid the continuing trade war between the two countries. It is still too early to see what other advantages China will attempt.

Russia: Last but not least could be Russia, as China’s new map claims areas that belong to Russia. Due to China’s support for Russia, this is a minor issue. President Putin dismisses this, but others in the government have concerns.Looking to the future: Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and now we may have to include Israel because there are new reports China support to Hamas and Iran may have been associated with the Oct 7th attack and the missile and drone attack from Iran.
